You get back
| Change | Expiring policy | Renewal | Where | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Communicable disease exclusion | Not present | Added | Renewal page 25 | |
| A new endorsement excludes claims from a communicable disease. Quoted from its page; code found no such wording in the expiring policy. | ||||
| Food contamination sub-limit | Not present | $250,000 each occurrence | Renewal page 26 | |
| A sub-limit inside a new endorsement that the declarations page does not show. | ||||
| Property damage deductible | $500 | $1,000 | Page 3 of both | |
| The deductible you pay on each property damage claim doubles. Both sentences are quoted with their page. | ||||
| Annual premium | $4,200 | $4,494 | Page 3 of both | |
| Code computed the difference: 4,494 minus 4,200 is 294, and 294 over 4,200 is 7.0%. | ||||

How it works
-
Upload the pair
The expiring policy and the renewal, each up to 120 pages, as text PDF, Word, text or Markdown files.
-
Code aligns, AI reads
Code matches forms by number, Claude reads only what differs, code checks each quote, a second model reviews.
-
Download the files
A change list, a client letter you can edit, a change table and a machine-readable result in one zip.
What you download
Change list (PDF)
Each change tagged and quoted with its page, or marked absent from one document, and marked code-checked.
Client letter (Word)
A draft for you to read, edit and send under your own name. Figures are computed by code.
changes.csv
One row per change, for your own records.
Forms compared and pages not read
Forms added, removed, edited or unchanged, and pages with no readable text, are listed.

| Client letter | You write it | Drafted for you to edit | Not included |
| Pages that could not be read | Only if you notice | Listed as not read | Rarely shown |

What a credit and a unit mean
A credit is the prepaid unit you spend on jobs: each kind of job costs a fixed number of credits, and a credit costs between $1.00 (25-credit pack) and $0.70 (2,000-credit pack).
- One renewal compared and a client letter drafted: 25 credits
- One renewal: an expiring policy and its renewal (two files, up to 120 pages each) compared form by form for added and removed exclusions, limit, deductible, condition and premium changes, each change cited to a page in both documents and checked by code, with a second AI model reviewing the result, and a client letter drafted from the changes.

Questions
Does RenewalRedline tell me whether to accept the renewal?
No. It compares what the two documents say. It is not legal advice or a coverage opinion, and the policy documents always govern.
Who checks the result?
A second, stronger AI model reviews every result, fixes what it can, and lists what is left for you to decide. Results are model output checked by code and by a second model; they are not verified by a person.
What about the client letter?
It is a draft for you to read, edit and send under your own name. Nothing is sent to your client, and a change that still needs your read is marked in the letter.
What if a change is missed?
Each form is listed as added, removed, edited or unchanged; with no form numbers, the whole text is compared and the list says so. Pages with no text are listed. Read those yourself. A free text diff shows the raw difference; you pay for the cited, checked list and the letter.
Does it read scanned pages?
Not yet. A page with no text layer is listed as not read, with its page numbers, so you know where to look yourself. If more than half of a document's pages have no text, the job stops and your credits are returned.
How do credits work?
Buy a pack and spend 25 credits per renewal, whatever its length up to 120 pages a document. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
Can my software or an AI assistant use it?
Yes. There is an API and an MCP server that take the same uploads and return the same change list, with open items listed.
