RenewalRedline is a digital service. Nothing physical is ever shipped; this page describes how results are delivered instead.

1. Nature of the service

RenewalRedline compares an expiring and a renewal commercial policy form by form, cites each change to a page in both documents, checks the quotes with code and a second AI model, and drafts the client letter. There are no physical goods, packaging or postage involved at any point.

2. What you receive, and how

Results are delivered two ways, both digital:

• Dashboard: signed-in results appear in your account as soon as they're ready, with a download link for each output.
• API: if you use the API, an agency's tool or an AI assistant submits an expiring policy and its renewal and receives each change quoted from a page in both documents, what was not read, and a drafted client letter.

A result is delivered only after the second-model review has run. If it could not run, nothing is delivered and the credits are returned to your balance.

Outputs produced: Change list (PDF): the open problems first, then each change with its tag, a quote and page in both documents, whether code confirmed each quote, and the form coverage; Client letter (Word): a draft for you to read, edit and send under your own name; Change table (CSV) and the full result (JSON).

3. Turnaround time

Results are produced automatically; turnaround depends on document size and model availability. There is no fixed delivery window, but every job's status and stage are visible in your dashboard, and we notify you as this product describes: Job finished email.

4. Access to results

Results stay available for download for as long as we retain the underlying job's files — see retention in our privacy policy. Each dashboard row shows exactly how long its files will be kept.

5. API access

Programmatic access uses an API key you generate in the dashboard. There is no separate "shipping" step for API results: the same job record and download URLs are available through GET requests once the job finishes.

6. Account and access

You need a RenewalRedline account (email + password, or a supported social sign-in) to submit work and receive results. No shipping address is collected or required.
